Work With Me
Most operations consulting starts with “let’s find what to cut.” I start with “let’s find what to grow.” The work I do is revenue-first, listening-first, and structured around revealing the mechanics in your business that aren’t obvious from inside it.
The diagnostic
The diagnostic is a $2,500 fixed-fee engagement. It begins with listening. I work through the actual mechanics of your business: how revenue is generated today, where the friction lives, what’s being measured, and what isn’t. The output is a clear written picture of your current business plus a prioritized menu of improvements, each with an estimated ROI you can verify against your own numbers.
From there, the menu is yours. You can implement the changes internally, hire me to implement specific ones (priced per scope, or as a revenue share when it fits), or take the menu to another implementer entirely. The diagnostic is the floor, not the door. You walk away with a complete picture of your business whether or not we keep working together.
The typical engagement runs two to four weeks of work spread across calls, document review, and analysis. Most owners come away surprised at what they hadn’t been looking at.
Beyond the diagnostic
A subset of clients want me to implement specific items from the diagnostic menu. Implementation work is priced per scope as a flat fee, or as a revenue share when the engagement creates a new revenue stream. Examples: launching a print-on-demand publishing line for a nonprofit, or building a productized service that didn’t exist before. I don’t take retainers and I don’t do generic ongoing consulting.
If you’re not sure whether the diagnostic alone is the right fit, write directly and we’ll figure it out before any commitment.
How to start a conversation
I read and reply to every email. The first message doesn't have to be polished. Tell me about your company, what you're working on, and where you're stuck. The conversations that go somewhere usually start that way.
